Charlie was a dream to be served by. He was honest and kind with the ordering process. He was extremely accommodating for my disabled friend and made the meal worthwhile. We will definetly come back thanks to him. ❤️🥂

Got poor quality cold in the centre blue steak, I ordered Med Rare. Prawns looked like they were cooked by a child! Hard baked to the shell rock solid!!
No fine dining! The steak was seared on the outside, but ice-cold, raw, and full of waxy, unrendered fat in the center.
Pure laziness in the kitchen, they clearly slapped a fridge cold cut onto a hot grill and rushed it out.
Ruined Prawns, Overcooked to absolute rubber and baked so hard they were glued to the shell. Complete lack of basic culinary skill across the entire line.
The manager’s cowardly response, Instead of coming over like a professional, he made us wait 10 minutes, hid behind the waitress who was instructed to to take my already cut-up steak back to the kitchen to toss on the heat again.
When I found the manager by the reception desk on our way out he first said I was wrong about the steak being improperly cooked, I showed him the pictures of the supposed med rare steak which was blue! Then he realised I was right and I got the excuses "chefs are only human" and treated us like we were the problem reminding me the waitress offered to put it back on the grill. Anyway no apology just argued with.
If you want to throw away hundreds of dollars for cold raw meat, cement prawns, and an arrogant manager who doesn't care about your experience, this is the place.
For the owners or senior managers. I told the manager on duty I would put it on Google as he couldn't care less and he visibily didn't care about that either!!

Had a group of 5 and it was a great experience.
The A5 Japanese wagon was cooked perfectly, the sides were a great addition (definitely good portion sizes for a group or if 2 of you maybe share)
Only thing to note would be the prices, it is more expensive then your average steakhouse but it is worth it! The MooMoo chocolate block was a great dessert but the cigar box was truly special and great presentation.

Our experience was disappointing and did not live up to the reputation or price point. We were genuinely shocked by the final bill given the quality of the meal. Unfortunately, this is not a restaurant we would return to or recommend based on our experience.
Upon being seated, we were asked, "Still or sparkling water?" We responded that we wanted still water, and as the waiter walked away, we clarified that we meant tap water. He returned with bottled water, opened it, and when we again explained that we wanted tap water, he appeared frustrated and responded, "This is why I asked." The issue was that tap water was never offered as an option. Later, we heard another waiter ask a nearby table, "Still, sparkling, or tap water?" which made much more sense. Whether it was a communication issue or an attempt to upsell, being made to feel uncomfortable for declining bottled water left a poor first impression.
As for the food, the steaks were standard at best. If you're confident cooking a steak at home, it's difficult to see the value here. We've had better steaks at home and even at local pubs for half the price. The roast potatoes were the standout side, but the rest were underwhelming. The mac and cheese was undercooked, and the cheese sauce was grainy and lacked the richness you'd expect at this price point.
Overall, it was pleasant enough, but the food and service simply didn't justify the cost.

The best steak I’ve ever had! My partner and I came here for dinner for his birthday and we were very impressed with everything - the service and wonderful recommendations from our server, beautiful atmosphere, extensive wine list and of course the amazing food. We both agree we’ve never had a better steak, cooked to perfection! Definitely a highlight of our short visit to Brisbane.

Absolutely incredible dining experience from start to finish. The food was amazing, highly recommend the Bang Bang Duck and the scallops for entrée. The chef’s recommendation steak tasting plate was phenomenal, especially paired with the sauces our waiter suggested.
Unfortunately we didn’t catch our waiter’s name, but his service was genuinely outstanding — easily some of the best service we’ve experienced in a very long time, possibly ever. His knowledge of the different cuts of meat, preparation styles, and pairings was exceptional. He was personable, professional, welcoming, and truly elevated the entire experience.
The atmosphere was lovely, the cocktails were divine, and we honestly can’t wait to come back. The only small suggestion we’d make would be perhaps having baskets of throw rugs/blankets available for guests sitting outside, as it can get a little chilly.

I actually can’t fault Moo Moo. The service, atmosphere and food is FLAWLESS. The bread and jus is so delicious, duck fat potatoes were so crispy, tomato salad was fresh and very zesty (in future I’d get it as well as the burrata, I do think it definitely needs something creamy to cut through acidity). Mac and cheese was also fantastic but the star is of course the steak, I got the 200g black onyx rib eye and it was butter soft and cooked perfectly. Mushroom sauce is great, my dirty martini was perfect also and the wine list is exceptional.

We started with oysters and they were fresh, clean, and a great way to kick things off. You could tell the quality straight away.
For mains, I had the T-bone and my friend ordered the Wagyu MB9+( can’t remember which one ) as the menu is comprehensive . Both were cooked perfectly and full of flavour. The steak quality really stood out, and they got the doneness exactly right, which doesn’t always happen. The sides and sauces were just as good and complemented the meal really well.
Service was spot on all night. Attentive, friendly, and well paced without being intrusive. The atmosphere also added to the experience. It had a great vibe and felt like the kind of place you can settle in and enjoy a proper meal.
If you like steak, this is a must. I’ll definitely be back.

What a wonderful night we had at this establishment for a work Christmas party. We had an absolute blast 💥. The service right from the moment we sat down was on point and up until we finished our last drinks. A special shout out to Michael. You were fabulous. We enjoyed your company and you made our night so much fun. The food was delicious. Steaks 🥩 to die for. Absolutely recommend the steaks. Will definitely come back again.

We returned to Moo Moo to celebrate my husband’s birthday — his restaurant of choice year after year — and once again, it did not disappoint.
We started with the croquettes and beef tartare, both absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The signature rump cap to share was cooked to perfection, full of flavour and melt-in-your-mouth tender. The sides were excellent, and the cocktail and wine list is as impressive as ever — something for every taste and mood.

Excellent place for fine dining serving the best Steaks in Brisbane. The team at Moo Moo Bar & Grill is superb. We reserved our table in advance for wedding anniversary dinner.
Well received at reception, they took some details and got us seated. There was a dedicated staff to cater our order including dietary requirements as we wanted Halal option.
There was whole heaps of steaks to choose with MB ranging from 3 to 9+. The Entrée was great. Both Steaks we ordered were cooked to perfection and super juicy. 3 sides for $35 deal is super value for money. We were entertained well through the course of dinner. Loved the ambience, food and overall experience. Obviously not easy on the pocket but well worth the money. Highly recommended.
