The Moo Moo Signature Dish – Spice Rubbed 1KQ Wagyu Rump Roast is a carnivore's delight. Sealed until smokey on the char grill and oven roasted, the 1KQ Wagyu beef is carved at the table and served w. rocket & parmesan salad, duck fat sautéed kipfler potatoes and a trio of Chef's sauce selections.

Moo Moo works closely with it’s suppliers to ensure that only the highest quality of beef in Australia comes through its door and has strict guidelines on the quality of beef acceptable for the venue. 

Moo Moo has been selected and licensed to sell “Beef Guaranteed To Be Tender” by Meat Standards Australia.

Besides steak, guests can experience a menu that includes fresh oysters, fish, duck, kangaroo, lamb and chicken.
