MOO MOO BEEFS IT UP WITH ANOTHER STATE AWARD (16 Sept 08)
After holding the title of Gold Coast’s Best Steak Restaurant for the past three years, Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill has now taken out the honours at a state level and been named Queensland’s Best Steak Restaurant.
Owners Steven & Autumn Adams are celebrating their win after accepting the award last night in front of five hundred and sixty restaurant and catering industry representatives, family & friends at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane.
“Steak is what Moo Moo is about and to be the winner of this category at a Queensland level after only three years is a dream come true,” said Steven.
Moo Moo offers diners the opportunity to choose from a steak menu that includes the beef’s breed, age, size and diet. To ensure more control over the cut and quality of the beef, the Wagyu rump is hand cut on the premises to cater to the diner’s desired size.
Moo Moo’s Signature dish, the Spice Rubbed 1KG Wagyu Rump Roast continues to be a favourite with diners and Moo Moo is also the only licensed restaurant Australia serving Master Kobe Beef – the tastiest beef on the planet.
Success has been grilling at Moo Moo since they opened in 2005. They boast numerous industry awards including being named Queensland’s Best Informal Dining Restaurant and Gold Coast Restaurant of the Year in 2007.
Moo Moo will now go on to compete in the Restaurant & Caterers National Awards being held in Brisbane on Monday October 27.

MOO MOO GRILLS ANOTHER AWARD WINNING STEAK (5 August 08)
For three years in a row, Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill has been named the Gold Coast’s Best Steak Restaurant.
Last night’s Restaurant & Catering Queensland Gold Coast awards were held at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre and Moo Moo owners Steven and Autumn Adams were once again delighted to receive industry recognition alongside other top Gold Coast restaurants.
Owner Steven Adams said “We are thrilled to be named Gold Coast’s Best Steak Restaurant for the third year running,” said Steven.
“We pride ourselves on sourcing and delivering the best quality steak in the region and this award once again recognises our dedication to providing our customers with only the best,” he said.

NEW MENU TO TEMPT AT MOO MOO (8 April 08)
It’s straight off the grill and the new menu at the Gold Coast’s multiple award winning restaurant, Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill is already a hit with diners.
After winning Restaurant of the Year, Best Steak Restaurant and QLD’s Best Informal Dining Restaurant in 2007, Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill has been inundated with people wanting to taste the food and enjoy the service and atmosphere at this top Gold Coast establishment.
Owner Steven Adams says they have enjoyed another terrific year and he hopes the new menu will exemplify that they are determined to remain at the top of their industry.
“We like to change the menu annually so our diners have something new to enjoy and to ensure that we keep up with food trends” said Steven. “It also gives our Executive Chef Damien Davidson-Kelly and his team the opportunity to show off their creativity” he said.
Features of the new menu include an entrée of Moo Moo Wagyu Broth: a delicious broth infused w celery, carrot + leek and finished w our famous wagyu beef. Vegetarians will also enjoy the entrée of Tian of roma tomato + Italian buffalo mozzarella w fresh basil + 25 yr old aged balsamic.
For mains, guests can enjoy the new slow roasted pork belly with smoked paprika and fennel served with honeyed sweet potato fondant, carrot and cumin puree with a micro herb salad and truffle powder.
Steak lovers will also be thrilled with the new certified organic eye fillet. From Black Angus cattle raised on the pristine pastures of Gippsland, Victoria, the eye fillet has a lean, clean flavour and a silken texture. Served atop creamed mash potato with salad of rocket, confit tomatoes, Spanish onion and Danish feta this dish will definitely become a popular choice.
Sweet lovers can indulge in one of the most popular desserts - Moo Moo Chocolate Variations. This delicious dessert has been updated and now includes chocolate pudding with raspberry coulis, chocolate and orange flourless cake with anglaise chocolate and black currant ice cream.
Along with the updated menu, Steven has taken the opportunity to freshen up the restaurant with new paint throughout, a stone feature wall, new feature flooring and new furniture in the Moo Bar.

After only two years in operation, owners Steven & Autumn Adams are delighted to win a State award.

MOO MOO SCOOPS 3 AWARDS INCLUDING RESTAURANT OF THE YEAR (24 July 07)
The awards keep coming for Gold Coast restaurant Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill.
Moo Moo achieved the highest accolade winning Gold Coast “Restaurant of the Year” for the first time, “Best Steak Restaurant” for the 2nd year in a row AND “Best Informal Dining Restaurant” at the Gold Coast Restaurant & Caterers Awards held last night at Southport Sharks.
Owner Steven Adams said “We are thrilled. To be named Restaurant of the Year after only 2 years is a great achievement”.
“When Autumn and I decided to open a restaurant on the Gold Coast, we only dreamed that one day it would be this successful so quickly” he said.
