Owners:   Steven & Autumn Adams

Born in the UK, Steven & Autumn moved to Australia 5 years ago.  Steven, a fully qualified Aerospace Engineer with a passion for the best food & wine and wife Autumn who had come from a background in hospitality management, arrived in Australia and entered the industry by purchasing a Subway Restaurant. 

Over the next 4 years they owned and operated a total of 6 Subway Restaurants in the Brisbane area with 2 restaurants still remaining in their portfolio.  Their dream to open an up market Wine Bar + Grill became a reality when they opened Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill on 9 June, 2005. 

Moo Moo is now one of the Gold Coast’s finest restaurants and with drive and determination to be at the forefront of modern dining on the Gold Coast, Steven, Autumn take pride in ensuring that they deliver only the best food, wine & service.  They both look forward to welcoming you to their restaurant.

   
Executive Chef:   Damien Davidson-Kelly

As Executive Chef at Moo Moo, Damien takes pleasure seeing diners coming back regularly to enjoy the best quality steak the Gold Coast has to offer.  With great attention to detail and love of simple yet flavorsome food, Damien and his team, love to perform in the open kitchen at Moo Moo.

Commencing his career in 2000, Damien’s apprenticeship under a French head chef at The Grandview Hotel in Brisbane gave him a terrific start in an Industry in which he has excelled in over the past 6 years.  Coupled with his experience as Sous Chef at popular Restaurant B, Damien moved to Moo Moo shortly after it opened in June 2005 and was recently promoted to Executive Chef.

Damien looks forward to continually working with his team to provide first class food,  and an always evolving menu to keep Moo Moo at the forefront of restaurant dining on the Gold Coast.

   

Sous Chef:  Kathryn Murphy

With experience in Australia, UK and Canada, Melbourne born Kathryn Murphy knows what it takes to be the Sous Chef in an award winning restaurant.  Thriving on the expectations that diners have when visiting a popular restaurant, Kathryn enjoys working with Executive Chef Damien and the rest of the Moo Moo team to ensure that customers are never disappointed.

Kathryn completed her apprenticeship in Melbourne and then worked in the UK and Canada before returning to Australia and relocating to the Gold Coast as Chef de Partie for Food Fantasy Restaurant at Conrad Jupiters.
