It goes without saying that we are famous for our beef and we are proud of the reputation and awards our venues have accumulated over the previous few years, but we take as much pride in our other dishes as we do our beef.
Moo Moo Restaurant Group Executive Chef, Trent Robson, developes the menus in our award winning Brisbane venue in cooperation with Moo Moo Restaurant Group founder Steven Adams. Every week Trent visits the Gold Coast venue and works alongside our head Chef Anthony O’Shea and his kitchen brigade to fine tune new and existing dishes.
It is this constant monitoring that ensures our quality levels and consistency remain among the best in the business. Other dishes include fresh seafood, poultry and game. Vegetarians are well catered for in our menu selections and special requests can usually be accommodated with notice. Our menus are also prepared with Gluten sensitive patrons in mind noting which dishes are Gluten free. We also serve Halal Beef.
