Our wine list
Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill Brisbane is a prestigious wine restaurant with a menu boasting more than 900 wines. All wines featured on our extensive menu have been selected with the same pride and passion that we put into the food at Moo Moo.
Our wine restaurant features wines from Australia, New Zealand, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, USA, Canada, South America, South Africa, Chile, and Lebanon. We also offer more than 90 wines by the glass you will be hard pressed not to find a favourite to complement your meal.
To create the wine list, owner Steven Adams and Head Sommelier Mark Ganga have chosen wines that highlight the features and expressions of the regions selected. With older and rarer wines they utilised a network of trusted specialists to ensure the quality of each wine presented.

We have trained staff to understand what elements of wine complement flavours of food to give you an amazing experience.
We endorse a policy of continued education involving our suppliers and the experts in our team to help our staff achieve a more thorough understanding in order to provide you with an exceptional experience. At Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill Brisbane, we have taken the dilemma out of choosing the perfect wine to enjoy in our wine restaurant.
We offer a special selection of reds preserved by our ‘Enomatic’ wine preservation system. This allows us to offer some fantastic wines available in 75ml and 150ml measures as this ‘Enomatic’ system prevents the wine from oxidisation by using ‘Argon’ gas, allowing you to try the finest of wines at the highest integrity.

We are proud to announce that Gourmet Traveller Wine has recognised our list as being one of Australia’s best, with the award of the highest rating ‘3’ glasses, at the 2011, 2012, 2013 Australian Wine List of the Year Awards.
