Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill is owned and operated by Plaza QLD Holdings.
The founders and original owners, Steven + Autumn Adams remain a part of Moo Moo as Brand Consultants.
Originally from the UK, Steven & Autumn moved to Australia in March 2001 with Steven holding a long term vision to create a premium quality steak brand.
The vision became a reality after an extensive three year search for the first location and the subsequent launch of Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill on the Gold Coast on the 9th of June, 2005.
Steven & Autumn opened their second Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill restaurant in Brisbane in May 2010.
With the focus firmly on sourcing the best quality produce, recruiting and retaining high calibre staff while delivering an exceptional experience,

The existing building, more recently known as the Harbors and Marine Building, is architecturally significant being an important example of the Colonial Architect, F.D.G. Stanley. The building is of Victorian Classic Revival style and includes details and forms commonly associated with Italianate Palazzo architecture.
In september 2016 the Moo Moo Gold Coast venue underwent a $1 Million dollar renovation and reopened the doors to outstanding reviews.
