Our wine list

Composed with over 900 wines, the wine list at Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill Gold Coast incorporates wines from Australia, New Zealand, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, USA, Canada, South America, South Africa, Chile + Lebanon. And with over 90 wines by the glass you would be hard pressed not to find a favourite to complement your meal.

To create the wine list, owner Steven Adams and Head Sommelier Mark Ganga have chosen wines that highlight the features and expressions of the regions selected. With older + rarer wines they utilised a network of trusted specialists to ensure the quality of each wine presented.

Here at Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill Gold Coast, we have taken the dilemma out of choosing the perfect wine by offering a special selection of reds preserved by our ‘Enomatic’ wine preservation system. This allows us to offer some fantastic wines available in 75ml and 150ml measures as this ‘Enomatic’ system prevents the wine from oxidisation by using ‘Argon’ gas, allowing you to try the finest of wines at the highest integrity.

We are also proud to announce that Gourmet Traveller Wine has recognised our list as being one of Australia’s best, with the award of the highest rating ‘3’ glasses, at the 2011, 2012, 2013 Australian Wine List of the Year Awards.

We endorse a policy of continued education involving our suppliers and the expertise in our team to help our staff achieve a more thorough understanding in order to provide you with an exceptional experience.
